Most orders are processed and dispatched within one working day, depending on the payment method. All orders are shipped via DHL or GIG logistics and require a signature upon delivery.

We do not offer pay on delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINES

Orders placed and paid for before 2pm Monday through Friday (EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) will be processed and dispatched to our courier partners within 1 working day

Orders paid for via debit or credit card are usually picked up by our courier partners on the same day, Monday to Friday

Orders paid for via bank deposit are picked up by our courier partners the next working day after payment is confirmed

Orders placed and paid for on weekends and public holidays will be picked up by the courier company on the next working day

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has been processed and dispatched to our courier partners. Where available, the email will include tracking information when the order has shipped.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP

We are pleased to offer free in-store pickup in any of our stores in Lagos, Abuja and Umuahia.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We do not currently offer same-day delivery for orders placed online.

 FAILED DELIVERIES

Our courier partners will usually call before making a delivery attempt. If they are unable to deliver a package or reach the customer on the phone to schedule a re-delivery, the parcel will be taken back to our office. You can call us to arrange collection at your convenience.
